Equipment we use

There are many exercises, especially at the beginner level, that involve bodyweight/the floor/a wall and do not involve equipment. But here at Spirals and Waves, we believe that using equipment can be very effective at creating tactile feedback to further improve kinaesthetic awareness, cultivate proprioceptive awareness, shine a light where our strengths/weaknesses are, increase fluid flow, assist in innervating under stimulated nerves/muscles and assist in strengthening and creating stability throughout the body. If you wish to continue to progress past the beginner stages of our training, equipment will be necessary.
