  • Starting Spirals and Waves training with AJ has been a truly mind opening experience. I have learned in depth about proper versus improper walking, posture, breathing, and athletic movements. During my initial assessment AJ was able to instantly identify the issues in my posture and walking form, and show me on screen how far off my alignment was and how improper certain motions were. He introduced me to Spirals and Waves training and provided me with a plan consisting of a series of different stretches, holds and exercises to start unlocking my joints, improve my breathing and train my mind to move my body and breathe the proper way. By my second assessment we were already able to see drastic improvement in my walking form, breathing and my posture, not to mention overall health and fitness. AJ then took the exercise plan up a notch in terms of intensity, adding more difficult holds and exercises, and more challenging movements. At this point I am convinced of the benefits of the Spirals and Waves training form and committed to continuously improving. A big thank you to AJ for helping me through this journey!

  • My overall experience with learning Spirals and Waves has been life changing. AJ not only explained things to me about my body that I never noticed before but also explained it in a way that is simple to understand and gets you excited for the outcome. The exercises I did were so easy to fit into my morning schedule and right away I started feeling better, with less pain and more energy. I always had sciatic problems, especially when doing long road trips, but with the knowledge I now have from Spirals and Waves, I was able to relieve my pain. I was able to do simple exercises that AJ taught me at rest stops along the way.
